While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. In the rare event that you receive a defective item, we want to make it right. We offer refunds for defective items, so you can shop with confidence knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority.

However, please note that refunds and exchanges are not available for items that are not defective. Since we customize each item to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are simply not to your liking. We encourage you to carefully review your order before placing it to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

It's important to us that you enjoy your NV Creations Workshop products for years to come. To maintain the quality and longevity of your items, please follow the proper washing techniques provided with each product. This will help ensure that your items stay vibrant and beautiful for as long as possible.

For returns of defective items, please make sure that the item is unworn and still has the tags attached. We cannot process refunds for items that have been worn or do not have the original tags. Additionally, please note that refunds are not available for sale or custom items.
